November 24, 2003 Dear James Lombardo, I just want to let you know how grateful we are for the time you spent talking with us trying to show us the way to a better life, and a better way of taking care of our debt situation. Most of all - for the way you helped us without making us feel like you were judging us. Some people don't understand that something like this can happen to anyone and even everyone at some point in their lives.
